I am learning lots of lessons about brain health and I am following your advices . I know little English and Hindi because I am Telugu house wife. I am listening your podcast and your voice daily since three months. They are very helpful to me to take care of myself. I don’t have diabetes and blood pressure and anxiety. But I am feeling nervous about my grandson having mild autism. He is 11+ years. He finished fifth grade and going to sixth grade in the September. He is taking therapy Since nine years. If you watch any long form videos, whatever the genre, such videos begin with a series of few second snaps, which address some key points/ concepts discussed in the video later. Even the short videos begin with some drastic sentences, also the clickbait thumbnails follow the same logic.. so curiosity inducing is a thing.

Sir, body checkups are costly. Often I have suffered from psychological like mood swings anxiety unaware about breath etc.
I can relate to you, I was suffering from anxiety for 1 yr. Now I'm fully recovered understand anxiety principles. It is not going something wrong with you bcz ur nervous system has became sensitize so don't try to fix it. Just focus on recovery not listen to ur inner sounds like intrusive thoughts, physical symptoms. Really it works for me when your nervous system becomes desensitized automatically all the symptoms go away. hopes this help..
